Clinic Information
While we are looking forward to meeting you in person, we do not accept walk-in appointments. Please leave any paperwork in the secure drop-box and contact us via phone or secure messaging whenever possible.
Beginning December 2022 there will be a fee for all telephone appointments.
Dr. Furtado's patients are able to book IN PERSON appointments online.

Communicating with Our Clinic
It may be difficult to reach us over the phone as our lines are very busy through the day, we appreciate your patience and respectful interactions with our staff. Please be aware that all patients of our clinic have signed our zero-tolerance policy for abusive and disrespectful behaviour. Any aggressive, disrespectful or rude behaviour toward our staff or physicians will result in dismissal from the practice.
For fast and secure communication, we ask that all of our patients use our HealthMyself portal to communicate with our administrators about non-urgent matters. Because we value your privacy, please do not send us an email with your personal medical information as we cannot guarantee that your information will not be intercepted by an unknown third party.
If you have an urgent concern, please visit your nearest emergency department or call 911. If you are uncertain whether or not your concern is urgent, a registered nurse at Telehealth Ontario is available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
