Dr Dawson - January Same Day

Please be respectful and kind to our staff as they continue to help best direct your calls and messages during this time. Our prebooking for appointments are currently booking into February for Dr Dawson.

We do offer pre-booking if you prefer, however we book appointments 4-6 weeks in advance for our prebooked spaces. We CANNOT prebook our same day booking spaces.

Only patients of Dr Dawson can use the same day booking system. Booking spaces become available on our website at 7am on the day of the appointment. Appointments do book quickly so we recommend going online right at 7am to book your spot. Appointments DO NOT show in advance. Please do NOT ask reception if you can be pre booked for a same day spot, as we are unable to do so.. If you cannot do online booking we do ask that you call reception right at 9am on the day appointments are available and we can try to assist with a spot, although we cannot guarantee availability.

The following appointments are NOT appropriate to book for same day booking, as they are booked in advance and through reception whether by email or by phone ONLY.

Immunizations, children wellness and immunizations, diabetic check ups, general skin checks, wellness/annual physicals, cervical pap tests, Paperwork/forms (except WSIB), Drivers medical exams

The following times are posted to give a general idea of her booking times for the day, this doe not mean that we can guarantee all spaces available are within that time frame. Call in spaces may be outside of those time frames. Times posted below are an idea of the time frames that will be posted when the times become available. (Please note, Dr Dawson is in the office outside of these times, these are just spaces reserved for her ONLINE booking and same day availability.)

Please DO NOT book flu shots or any vaccines with the physician.

SAME DAY BOOKING OFFERS TWO OPTIONS:

10 Minute appointment - Please use this for small acute medical issues. You are very limited on the time for these appointments. These are ideal for cold, cough, flu, ear infections, skin infections and minor concerns. These appointments are quick, and for only the one concern.

20 Minute appointment - Please use this for more long term concerns, this allows a max of two medical concerns. Above two medical issues, we will advise you book an additional appointment.

EACH PERSON who needs to be assessed requires an appointment. For each child, you must book a separate appointment.

ALWAYS CHECK THE WEBSITE THE NIGHT BEFORE YOU PLAN TO BOOK TO CHECK FOR DATES, as dates/times are subject to change in the event of weather, illness or emergency. This is extremely important as we approach the winter season, and we will close if it is not safe for our staff and patients to travel into the clinic! ALWAYS CHECK THE NIGHT BEFORE and MORNING OF, FOR ANY CHANGES!

• Please note our office was closed Dec 23 to Jan 4, so our first few days back could be higher than normal volume, please be kind and patient with our staff.

• Monday January 5th - Between 8am and 12pm

• Tuesday January 6th - Between 8am and 2pm

• Monday January 12th - Between 9am and 12pm

• Tuesday January 13th - Between 8am and 12pm

• Wednesday January 14th - Between 2pm and 5pm

• Thursday January 15th - Between 9am and 12pm

• Monday January 19th - Between 9am and 1pm

• Wednesday January 21st - Between 2pm and 5pm

• Monday January 26th - Between 9am and 1pm

• Wednesday January 28th - Between 2pm and 6pm

• Thursday January 29th - Between 10am and 2pm

• Friday January 30th - Between 9am and 12pm

• Monday February 2nd - Between 10am and 2pm

• Wednesday February 4th - Between 11am and 6pm

SKIN APPOINTMENTS AND SKIN REFERRALS ARE NOW BEING BOOKED INTO MARCH AND APRIL - THESE ARE NOT TO BE BOOKED AS SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS!!!!
